What is a moat, and why does Invisible Things talk about it?
A moat is the advantage competitors can't copy. For a leader, the most powerful moat is often invisible: your conviction, your lived experience, and your POV. Invisible Things draws it out, makes it legible, and then builds the narrative, presence, and systems that protect and expand it. Clarity becomes positioning, positioning becomes reputation, reputation becomes the durable advantage that protects what you build now and next.

Anyone who wants to be more intentional about what they're known for, how they show up, and how their narrative carries into what they're building, and companies that are in need of senior leadership judgement. Is this a PR agency?
No, not in the traditional sense. Invisible Things focuses on narrative foundation, personal branding, and advisory or fractional brand and communications leadership, which can include PR strategy. Depending on your needs, I can work alongside PR agencies or help identify the right collaborators to execute and deliver results.
Does Invisible Things Co. offer full-service marketing and communications execution?
Execution scope is dependent on the engagement. Invisible Things Co. brings the most value when focusing on strategy and infrastructure work while empowering in-house teams to execute with embedded leadership and coaching. The Training service is hands-on execution and support by founder and principal Jess Chao.
